When you contact Wrench Rescue by phone, text message, email, or the form on this site, we receive the details you send: your name, phone number, email, vehicle information, location, and a description of the problem. We use it to schedule and perform your service and to follow up about that service.

By texting 704-495-7855 you agree to receive replies about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No analytics data is used to identify you personally.

Your choices

Email jared@wrench-rescue.com to ask what we have on file, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Service records tied to warranty work are retained for the warranty period.
